Research-informed consulting

The CREHUD uses insights from advanced research in key university disciplines such as conducted in different ICRED Schools to implement cutting-edge contract research and consulting services across academia, industry, and government settings. Management Consulting

We implement end-to-end management and business development consulting using novel frameworks, technologies and systems developed from highly innovative PhD research topics. For example, in 2019 we completed the supervision of a PhD topic entitled ‘Integrated Business Modelling for Developing Digital Internationalising Firms in Nigeria’. These are firms that mimic the kind of innovations in digital firms like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Facebook.

The research produced an Integrated Business Model Template (IBMT©) for developing such firms and a Digital Internationalisation Template (DIT) for successfully internationalising them.
